Hi guys, I am a second-year PhD scholar in Museum studies from India, and I have a query: I collected my interview data in one of the regional languages (Hindi) and need to translate it into English before I can start my analysis.

However, I also have to disclose my method of translation to my doctoral committee during the time of progress presentation - how should I go about that (the method of translation) which is ethical and academically accepted?
