Just wondering if this flow is too high for vampire shrimp/bamboo shrimp. It’s a Hygger wave maker set on its lowest setting.

I have 5 Pom Pom crabs that I got about 5 days ago. When I came home this guy was in the back of the tank looking like he was standing with his back legs kind of curled. I panicked. I’ll admit it, I took him out immediately to check and he wasn’t moving so again I panicked. Then I started googling (idk why I didn’t start with that before taking him out. And I read that he could have been molting or this could be a molt. So immediately I put him back in. Now my overthinking mind is telling me I killed him. lol help? Please?
