I work as a security guard on call and I had close to maybe 32-34h and when I tried to book a 12h shift the person behind the phone told me that they couldn’t because I would be on overtime and the only way that they would give us overtime is that if they had an emergency booking needed the same day. It kinda sucks that security compagnies rather put an other guard for 4h because than to give me a little bit of overtime, I kinda needed a little bit more money.
