can you transfer tickets in PA? i have only ever gone to NY and NJ concerts and have never had an issue. i am interested in trading NY harry tickets for someone's PA noah kahan tickets but i dont want to somehow lose my harry tickets and not get the noah tickets.

if they arent transferrable now, will they be transferable in the days leading up to the show? the harry concert isnt until september and noah kahan is end of june so maybe i can ask for them to transfer them the week of the concert and then send them the harry styles tickets?

any advice would be helpful, i like to consider myself pretty savvy with resale tickets but i havent dealt with other states before. thanks!!!!!!
