THE WORST customer service I have ever encountered
2 weeks and counting trying to get a broken Luba 2 sent in for repairs. It took 12 days and numerous emails to get a return label. It was allegedly scheduled for pickup today, but there it sits on the porch. If you are reading this, DO NOT give this company your money. I regret having ever purchased from them.
