Started 23:1 on 3/18 & 20 pounds down as of today!

Hiiii y'all ^-^

I just wanted to hop on here cause I have to tell someone lol....I had been at my heaviest in the beginning of January this year - I have not been pouring into my self care, and allowing bad habits consume me, and leaving the house in general can be a real struggle. I went to the doctor for even alternatives for weight loss, because I was just so unmotivated, but she just told me to give it another try on the basics.

On 3/18 I started intermittent fasting 23:1, and walking 10k steps on my walking pad 2-5 times a week and as of today, I lost 20 pounds. I could cry, because it was getting really hard just getting out of bed, which I hadn't experienced before. I'm just so stoked, I finally found a routine that is minimal effort, that really works for me!

Now that I have a good routine going, I can finally add light weightlifting woohooooo!!!
