Need help for accommodation because I worry that they might be just give me unpaid leave
I have been working on pack flow for 3 years. Im 55 and have back and shoulder problems. I worry it will get worse because I keep bending and kneeling. I also can’t do overhead because of my shoulders. I plan to get smart pack or single pack or whatever that doesn’t cause me lift to case of liquids. I can’t lift over 10 pounds. My problem did start because of working there. So it was a work injury as I hurt myself picking up heavy objects. I tried getting accommodation before but they once tried putting me in pick and then the other time they put me on leave. I’m worried they’re going to do the same again. I have an appointment with my doctor currently and I want to know what I can do now and what I can do after my appointment to see if I can get smart or single small pack.
