I was medically diagnosed with CHS in July of last year, I have been sober from July 25th 2025 till about saturday of last week, I smoked saturday and sunday and felt fine. CHS episodes definitely sucked but I was wondering if returning to weekly/biweekly use would be okay after being good for a while? Obviously in moderation and for some people that doesnt apply, but I was wondering if I were to do it in moderation, would it be okay?
