Need help fixing my phantom f12

Okay so recently i bought from my friend a blown up malaguti phantom f12 in fairly good condition well apart from it being blown up okay, so i took it home and i already knew this but they were taking off the piston to put a new one in and they couldn't take the sliding pin out for some reason (im guessing they were doing it wrong) so they tried everything aswell as hammering it out and they couldn't so he got so frustrated he sold it to me for 15€ with everthing on it apart from cylinder and the head it was scared so whatever so i took it home tried to hit the sliding pin out, there was no way of taking it out so i cut the piston in half with angle grinder and thats the way i took it out so after that i throughly cleaned the cranckshaft with gasoline to take all the dusts and whatever was in there out, i put a new bearing new sliding pin new piston rings, cylinder head aswell as base gasket and head gasket which is a 70cc kit (brand new) from my other project but the bike was 70cc already also i went through cleaning the carb well aswell as checking the reeds if they were good and checking the spark i tried starting it nothing i couldn't start it no matter what , also real quick i forgot to say that the cranckshaft rod got a little bent from hammering and i had to make it straight using a screwdriver to pry it and making it straight enough to look good let the sliding pin slide in smoothly aswell the cylinder and all that okay. So i couldn't start the bike no matter what tried squirting fuel into cylinder aswell carb also tried starter spray nothing doesn't want to start at all so then i assumed maybe it wasnt sparking at right time so i checked the woodruf key and magnet they were good also the spark is strong and blue and the magnet position at tdc looks to be right ig and yea i cant get this bike to start no matter what i try also cranck seals are good someone please help. Thanks
