I wrote this during a long stretch of depression and anxiety, when most “just have more faith” advice honestly felt too neat for what I was living through.

It’s a short 30-day Christian devotional, but it’s not really written as a quick-fix book. It’s more for the in-between days - when you still believe in God, but you feel tired, numb, anxious, heavy, or hard to explain.

Each day is short and simple: a reflection, Scripture, and a small prayer. Nothing overwhelming.

It may be helpful if you’ve had days where:

•	your motivation is low

•	your thoughts won’t slow down

•	prayer feels difficult

•	faith feels distant

•	you feel like you’re surviving more than thriving

No big promises. Just something steady to come back to for 30 days.

I made it free on Kindle for a few days in case it helps someone here.
