Hi fellow app creators!

I'm working on something I'd love feedback on. I'm a mom of four and my kids and I love to harmonize together, but I realized there's no easy way to learn harmonies to a new song without a music teacher.

The closest app that existed was Sing Harmonies, but it's shutting down — partly because they had to manually arrange and license every single song, which never scaled.

My idea: you sing any song into your phone, AI detects the melody, generates harmony parts (2 to 5 voices), and each person can toggle their part on/off to learn it. No music training, no sheet music, no song database needed.

Where I'm at:

  • Landing page is live: harmonyalong.com
  • Email waitlist is collecting signups
  • Talking to a developer friend
  • Doing customer research in singing communities

What I'd love feedback on:

  • Does the landing page communicate the vision clearly?
  • Anything obvious I'm missing in my approach?
  • Have you seen anyone solve this problem differently?

Not ready to test the app yet — genuinely just looking for thoughtful eyes on my humble beginnings before going further. Thanks for any input!

Hi everyone. I’m a mom of four kids who all love to sing and try to harmonize together. They sing in their elementary school choir where they learn harmony parts from their teacher, but at home we get stuck — there’s no easy way to learn harmonies to new songs without that guidance.

How do you currently learn harmonies when there’s no teacher around? Is there an app for this?
