I am planning to start an MS in Computer Science after completing my DBA degree this summer. Before DBA, I did an MBA. I was warned that going a level down is considered suspicious by USCIS. But, since I'm going for a different specialization, will this cause any issues in the future, like when I apply for H1b or EB category green cards?
