Feeling lost about career after BCA — need guidance for MBA, skills & earning side income
Hey everyone, I need some guidance regarding my career and future.
I’m currently doing BCA from Amity University, Lucknow, and my current CGPA is 7.06. I’ve decided that after BCA I want to do an MBA because honestly I’m not very interested in MCA or deep coding roles.
Right now I’m confused about what skills I should focus on and what path would be best for me. I also want to start earning a little money for my daily expenses — nothing huge, just enough to manage my basic needs independently.
Recently I started learning MS Excel and PowerPoint, and I actually enjoy tech-related stuff, but I still feel lost about what skills are useful in today’s market.
Can you guys guide me on:
- What skills should I learn next?
- What kind of part-time/freelance work can I do as a BCA student?
- Is MBA after BCA a good option?
- What should I do from now to build a better career and salary in future?
