I am looking for a fic, and it may be a long shot but I’ve searched high and low and cannot find a single copy of it so thought to see if I could ask here as someone may have saved it.
It was a Naruto fanfic on fanfiction.net, Sasusaku and the author is ashleysays. Her profile is still up on fanfiction.net but no stories under it. The fanfic name was Natural Born Killers and it was entirely amazingly unhinged in the best way possible.
It was an amazing piece of writing and I really want to read it again if I can.

Plot synopsis: Sakura escorts a freshly cured patient from an asylum (Sasuke), who will be presented as a successful case study. Sasuke being a genius, makes his psychologist think he is cured. Turns out he isn’t - he kidnaps and takes Sakura to the Sound killing multiple people along the way.
