Im in the process getting my out of state '76 C20 California smog compliant. Its been stripped of all smog released devices. It was built in Fremont. im having trouble finding a mechanic that wants to tackle the job. It also needs an EGR intake.

if anyone is from the area and cant direct me to a good mechanic that would be great. I want to get as much done before I actually go the the DMV, since I know that I will be on the clock after that.
