What Are My Chances flair is the best descriptor, but maybe not perfect.

I ended my first year with a 3.92 OMSAS, and I have begun volunteering at a clinic near my university. It's been very valuable, and I think I can write about the impacts various roles have had on me.

Also, I have joined a club involving statistics research where I'm a team lead.

I plan on joining my student association in later years and doing research since it's part of my degree. I'll probably do a lot over summer with the NSERC. Might get a couple of publications, maybe one first author. I also wanna join more clubs starting the second year.

I expect a good MCAT, though I know it's hardly relevant except for CARS. I think I can do really well in CARS, have been doing lots of JW under difficult conditions, and mostly get everything right. Sometimes I miss one, though. I also think I'll do good for the other sections since most of the content will be covered in my courses. I know USask and Manitoba weigh the whole MCAT, along with UBC and SFU (though SFU isn't open to OOP), but idk if a strong MCAT can outweigh my weak EC's.

I expect my GPA to go upwards a bit as well, since I'm gonna be taking classes I enjoy and know I'm good at from the start (unlike first year English). I'm hoping I'll end off 2nd year with a 3.98 OMSAS, which I think combined with my first year and a good CARS would make me decent for Mac oop, but I haven't ever seen the specific stats for oop interviews.

Speaking of interviews, I'm not great at them. Job interviews, club interviews, scripts for speeches, anything to do with talking, I'm really not good at it. I have passion for going into healthcare, concrete reasons I wanna be a doctor specifically, and I believe that I would be a good doctor, but according to friends, I tend to undersell myself. If anyone has advice for interviews, I'd really appreciate it if you shared it.

I think I can get a 4Q in Casper as well, I type very fast and am pretty good at quickly thinking on my feet in moral dilemmas.

Is there any glaring issues in my everything? Assuming I kept up a good GPA, had a strong MCAT with a >=130 CARS, and had all those EC's I mentioned, would that be enough to be a good OOP applicant?
