How much kombucha (or any fermented drinks) do you drink every day consistently? for how long have you (days, months, years...) and do you notice any negative side effects? the CDC recommends up to 500ml... I have 8L brewing a week so I can drink roughly 1L a day... days I drink kombucha I am far less thirsty... but I wonder if there is a maximum limit... And what people encounter as side effects of drinking more than 500ml consistently of any fermented beverages...

edit: Thanks for the input everyone... If I ferment to 30% of sugar remaining, then I essentially am consuming 16g of sugar a day which is half a can of coke and the daily recommend limit of added sugars by the WHO. I don't consume added sugar anywhere else so and just add some cold pressed juice to carbonate (1:10) so I think the sugar intake is fine... I'm more so concerned about consuming too much gut bacteria and messing up any natural regulation or levels, but seeing as many dont drink more than 500ml I will maybe drink less than a L a day until more studies are done...
