I heard from one of the wonderful people selling meat pies that sadly the original pork chop flag man passed away a few years ago. But he’s friends are carrying on the tradition; if you spot them in the crowd or passing by and ask - and if they still have some of their 200 or so pins they will happily gift them to you!

I just wanna shoutout this super fun beautiful tradition! Such a simple wonderful way to keep spreading the joy at one of the most joyous places on earth.

Does anyone have another favorite fest fan tradition? Jazz Fest Marathon perhaps? IYKYK
