Hi. So I found someone I can do a mutual exchange with. But we're worried in some regards like what would our schedules would be like when we do the mutual exchange.

Do we pretty much swap each other bids? Or would we get a schedule depending on what bids/tours we are currently working in? We both know that we would be getting the lower seniority, but it's the lowest thing to worry about.

I talked with supervisors and higher management but it looks like doing a mutual exchange is rather rare in maintenance craft where I am at.

So what exactly happens when the mutual exchange starts?
