31M, natural, experiencing low libido, substantial ED (used to have good libido and very strong erections just 3-4 years ago).

Total T - 14.6 nmol/l (9.2-31.8) or 420 ng/dL

SHBG - 12 nmol/l (14.55-93)

E2 - 143 pmol/l (no range given) or 39 pg/mL

FSH/LH - 2.5-3.5

TSH - 2.2

Tested this panel for 4 times in the past 4 years, more or less same readings (last TT was 16.4, SHBG always at 12).

What in the world should I do? I know there's something wrong with me, I feel it, my libido is very low, my erections are almost gone - But of course, public healthcare doesn’t consider this a medical issue since all the results are within the normal range.

What to do you think is going on here? Is there any issue?

• 2019: 4.92
• 2020: 4.07
• April 2024: 2.15
• May 2024: 2.62
• May 2025: 2.8

Is there any explanation for the elevated results few years back and the decline?

Are those numbers okay?

I'm 32 years old, with recently low libido, ed. I have low test and SHBG of 12nmol.
