I’ve been in the esthetics field for a bit over 6 years and still take client cancellations so hard. I understand there are ebs and flows in our industry, and especially now with the rising cost of everything in the world people are having to cut costs and luxury services are typically the first to go, but I somehow take each so personally.

I guess what I’m looking for is words of encouragement or for others who might understand the feeling themselves and how they overcome the feelings when they come.
