I'm planning on climbing Breithorn this summer to begin mountaineering. I need suggestions for boots.
I'm aware that summer Breithorn doesn't need anything overkill and B2 will probably suffice. But in the future I want to climb Mont Blanc, Matterhorn and 6k mountains in the future.
I don't want to buy a bunch of different boots for specific scenarios. For example, Mont Blanc is a bit colder than other mountains on the alps. I'm wondering if there is a singular boot I can use to climb Breithorn, Mont Blanc and Matterhorn and then get a better one for 6ks. If not then what's the best way about this. (Scarpa Ribelle? Aequilibrium?)
