I recently received a 100% permanent and total (p&t) rating, but on my decision letter, there is a deferment for sleep apnea and dermatitis. The VA also requested some x-rays for my back through VES. I called the VA for clarification on how it would affect my rating, but I received an unclear answer. Can anyone explain how it affects my ratings, is my case still open and provide any recommendations? Thanks!
