What's wrong with these ladies interviewers at jpmc in software engineering domains?

I have got 3 chances to interview at jpmc and I noticed similar patterns in all these interviews. These lady interviewers came and asked all the irrelevant follow up questions. And they don't even listen to my whole answer they keep bugging in between and never listen the answer they only think some irrelevant cross questions and throw it.

This is not the case with male interviewers. They asks relevant questions related to roles and goes deep only to that level that is actually needed and expected based on years of experience. They also listen to the answer that I was giving and then they ask relevant follow ups.

But these ladies, they only comes to reject any how possible. In one of the round one lady keep asking me why you want to switch. I answered. I honestly gave my answer and I also spoke that I am genuinely interested in the jpmc product engineering and I believe I also have relevant skill set for this position. I see opportunities in this role that completely aligns with my career goals. But she was not listening at all and dragged this single topic literally for one hour!!!!! In last I wanted to say to her that bring lie detector and check whether I am lying or not. But I didn't and still she rejected me!!!!!!! Chatgpt said whatever answers I gave was correct and there can be no other answers for those. Similar situations with Java internals workings with other lady interviewer !!!!!

Which company I should choose, and fear of being unemployed for 30 days?

I am currently working at very good product based org and I got an offer from a service based mnc around one month back ( with 45% hike). Looking at the current situation of Oracle and mine I resigned. My LWD is in one week. But now I have got an offer from very very good product based biggest MNC. But only problem is that they are saying my joining date would be in last week of June because background verification would take 30 days of time. In theses 30 days I will be unemployed and my current offer with service based org will also go.

There is a risk. What if this product based org revoke offers or some hiring freeze in company.

I will be unemployed for 1 month and no salary for one month. (Salary offered by both of them is actually same).

What should I do?

What will happen if I join this service based org and I will abscond it in one month(because it's notice period is 90 days) and join that product based mnc.

What if I got some other company which will have joining date in next 10-15 days.

Please help

Guys I am currently working in Oracle and resigned recently because My pay scale was below the interns and I have some Good years of experience. I resigned it for an offer from a service based mnc. Did I do correct. Also the MNC is giving only 33% hike but in Oracle there was no chance of hike at all and a lot of uncertainty is there in team as HEAVY restructuring is going on in entire company. Even now after that mass layoff round. Internally nothing is stable there.

Even payscale that I was offered is not that good and other companies are just taking my interview saying feedback is positive and going on radio silence after that. So is it worth it to take this chindi 33% hike from this service based Big4 mnc?
