Quick question from someone on the dealer side.
My family owns a dealership that sells Ferris, and I personally really like the FW25 and FW45 walk behinds. I think they’re solid machines especially for the price.
But in our area, it feels like everyone running a walk behind is on Exmark Turf Tracers. It’s honestly kind of wild how dominant they are.
I’m not trying to start a brand war, I’m genuinely trying to understand what makes them the go to choice.
What is it about the Exmark walk behinds that you guys love so much?
Is it cut quality? Controls? Reliability? Dealer support? Resale value? Something else?
And if you’ve run Ferris or other brands before, what did you like or dislike about them compared to Exmark? I’m totally open to hearing the negatives too that’s honestly the most helpful part for me.
Just trying to learn what matters most to crews who run them every day.
