I got tired of client approvals living in text threads and vendor updates buried in 3-week-old email chains, site visit info split between Drive and email, contact lists everywhere, meeting notes mixed with presentations and specs in another place.... so I built something.
It's called Archen — a project workspace built for design studios that captures emails, files, and decisions automatically and surfaces what actually needs your attention.
It's live but not perfect, and I need working designers to use it on a real project and tell me what's wrong, what's right, etc.
