I activated good cloud on my mudi 7 to manage it remotely but somewhow good cloud on the mudi 7 seems active but when and it appears in the glinet app but after like some time (1 hour let’s say) the mudi7 disappears from Goodcloud as being offline …which is strange…as my slate 7 and my flint 2 have no issues and stay active the whole time when they are powered on.

Strange thing is the mudi is on and internet is working it just doesn’t appear as online within the glinet app

Anyone experienced something similar ?

Any fix ?
