Should I attempt to fix this myself/what would a fix cost at a shop?

Just wondering if anyone has any tips on how to fix something like this yourself! Or if that’s even worth it. Could anyone quote me on what this might cost to fix at a shop? (Toyota Rav4 Hybrid)
