Im 19 years old and finally doing my own laundry, and im starting to realize my clothes switching habits might be unhygienic. My parents are very stingy about doing the laundry, thus i wasnt allowed to change my clothes too often, or its a waste of water.

Current routine is shirts and trousers get switched once a week, hoodies every 2 weeks, pyjamas once a week, and bedsheets once a month. Should i be changing stuff more often?

Does anyone know what happened to the jayvik nation discord server? It was there yesterday, and today its gone from my server list, and not on disboard anymore
