Hi there!

My husband and I are moving from Colorado to NYC within the next 6-8 weeks for a job. We have a young kid and another one the way. We are pretty set on UWS for the public schools, family-friendly lifestyle and community and proximity to work. We are open to a one-bedroom if the living room is spacious and we could make it a primary/living and out the kiddos in the closed room. Ideally don’t want to spend more than 7k, knowing we have a nanny budget to consider as well. Would LOVE any insight on buildings you love if you’re a parent. We are thrilled for this next chapter!
