Breastfeeding and Mile Removal

I'm in England for reference!

I'm looking to have a mole removed via private health care. My third exclusively breastfed baby is nearly 8 weeks old.

They would use a local anaesthetic, most of the research I've done suggests it won't go into the milk and pump and dump being fairly outdated advice, though that is what the clinic have suggested.

The reason for this is that the mole is on my breast and it's raised and the baby keeps grabbing and pinching it which hurts and because I'm feeding I keep having to look at it and honestly I hate it.

I'm just not sure what to do! I'm apprehensive about how my baby would be in the time I'm in having the procedure, about an hour. She's never had a bottle and I'm reluctant to buy things just for this one day. What is she wants comforting with the boob? Dad is great but would struggle to comfort her for too long without offering her a feed and we have 2 other children. And I feel a bit selfish wanting this procedure. But I also really want it to be sorted and not have to wait.

Anyone have any magic solutions??
