Took a week off of running and lifting. Now I feel bloated and like I overate everyday

So as the title says I took a week off of exercising during Easter-time. Mostly because you know family was over and holiday things.. I’d call myself a pretty avid runner. I run about 50 miles a week, and I lift 2-3x a week as well. Usually I’m pretty good with my diet and eating things in good quality/ quantity to working out.
But recently things this week changed. I feel a little out of control with food. I can’t seemingly stop eating it. I feel like I’m overeating at every single meal, eating way above my caloric needs- and I’m not even working out at the moment. I just feel like I’m going a little crazy and bloating supremely, if you have any advice just feel free to help a girl out out.
