So— I have kinda sensitive ears— I got my third lobe piercings in January and they’ve been slowly healing as a side sleeper. They’ve been doing very well the last few weeks but tonight at work I wore slightly heavier hoops in my first lobes which I’ve had for 10+ years, and my newer thirds (which are still in their pierced lil studs) swelled up and got super irritated within 4 hours— is this in relation to wearing the hoops on my healed firsts?

Has anyone else experienced this? Should I avoid bigger hoops in my healed lobes until my thirds are totally healed? I’d love further insight from my more sensitive pierced girlies if they’ve had a similar experience!
