hey everyone, i started doing it while being in college and had the opportunity to keep doing it so basically never stopped, recently i realised its leading me nowhere, i used to be so fit but with smoking up that good habit just died, my love for sports and music has also gone down.
today is my 5th day of quitting weed and i just want to know how long more should i wait to see exponential changes in my behaviour and how my brain is wired because of it, already feel a little better and i know ive done it for the good, i need the control i had over my life once and ill do anything to do that.
p.s. : im mostly in a confused state these days with the problem of persistent brain fog and mostly tired all along, pls tell me it gets better :(
