Got Overall 80 in PTE but Reading only 56 — What should I do now?

I recently received my PTE Academic results and I have mixed feelings about them.
My scores were:
Overall: 80
Listening: 87
Speaking: 83
Writing: 80
Reading: 56
I was targeting “no less than 70 in each module,” so Reading became a major issue for me even though the overall score is strong.
During preparation, I mainly used the APEUni app. My mock tests usually showed:
Reading around 53–58
Listening around 70–75
Writing around 68–72
Speaking around 68–72
Interestingly, the real exam score was much higher for Listening, Speaking, and Writing, but Reading stayed almost exactly the same as my mock performance.
Now I’m confused about what to do next:
Should I retake the test just for Reading?
Is it realistic to improve Reading from 56 → 70+?
What strategies/resources helped you improve Reading specifically in PTE?
