Maintenance advice
Hello!
I’ve just come back from a trip in Japan and decided to buy my first ever japanese knive, a Senzo dawn limited edition 200mm gyuto. I’m not planning to use this knife and I’ve read a little bit online that i should oil the handle once every 6 months to keep it from drying out. However i wonder if there is someone else who could give me some advice on how to keep it pristine.
