Hi I've been out of the interpreting field for about 10 years and debating getting back into k-12 interpreting. Does anyone know recent timelines for the EIPA, like how long to get results, is there a wait-list to even take it, etc. ? I'm in Illinois if that's important. Also, how long should I prep for the test? I know that's got lots of variables but basically the gist is, I haven't kept up with the language completely although when deaf friends of the family are around, I can somewhat hold my own in a short conversation.
