I’ve been struggling with constant context switching, so I started building a tool for myself to organize links, environments, todos, and notes in one place, grouped by context and accessible throughout my navigation.
The goal is to switch contexts more cleanly and quickly regain focus on what needs to be done after switching.
I’ve already received positive feedback from a few project managers who said it could help them centralize links/processes and onboard newcomers more easily.
I also got interest from operators who don’t want to manage all their work-related links manually.
An experienced entrepreneur advised me to start charging for subscriptions from day one, since the most valuable feedback usually comes from people who are willing to pay for the product.
Originally, I was thinking about a freemium model.
The issue is that what I currently have doesn’t yet feel valuable enough to justify a paid subscription.
What would you recommend in this situation?
