These pins look like uart pins to me but I'm not sure. If it's uart then can anyone guess/tell which pin is ground.

In the whole board photo, in the center under the sticker is a rtl9607 chip. It says gigabit capable ont but then all 4 ports are 100mbps. I'm curious what can I do with it.
