Honestly, you’d think someone paying your mortgage on an appreciating asset is basically asking you, their landlord, for a kidney bc shitty new builds with mould, poor drainage & hot water systems not stuffed enough to warrant concern from a REA paid plumber is just all part of being a tenant in a slumlord universe right?!
