I have been digging a bit into how agencies handle hotel sourcing for destinations like Turkey, and I’m genuinely curious how things work on your side. From what I’ve seen so far, it feels like: Last min. requests can get pretty messy with pricing The same hotel shows up with completely different rates depending on the source and finding someone who responds fast enough can be a challenge. I might be wrong, but it feels like a lot of agencies are kind of juggling between different suppliers and hoping one works out in time. So I wanted to ask, how do you usually handle this? Do you rely on a few fixed partners, bedbanks, or just go case by case depending on the request?
