How to play gio rn
Trying to learn Giovanna, and her pressure j feels weird. Seems entirely strike/throw based when on offense, and pressure in it of itself feels hard to navigate when I have to structure it around 6p beating all my special cancels (besides powered up 214k). Neutral also seems kinda hard since most chars don’t feel like they have any whiff recovery (sol 2s, ky fs) unless its j skill issue, and my approach feels one dimensional— it’s j trying to clip someone w dash 5k, 2s, or 5h, rinse and repeat.
I’m coming to these conclusions from the perspective of a Pot main, and obv my offense isn’t structured like anyone else in the cast really. So I’m j looking for advice of how her offense rlly works, cuz most of it just seems like fake mental stack. At least her combo conversions are cool though.
