Kaiser San Rafael ortho
Is there anyone out there who had actually had a GOOD experience with Kaiser San Rafael’s ortho dept?? We are so disgusted and frustrated with their communication, availability, service— everything. SO unacceptable. My husband (72) has been waiting for needed hip replacement surgery since Jan 12 but
he started the process in August ‘25 and still they cannot even give him a date or even say what number on the list he is. He had an interim appointment scheduled for May 18 and they just cancelled today -May 11 - because he has “emergency surgery” that day. Wtf is the emergency if it a week from now? AND, they moved his appt to JUNE 26th!!! Seriously?? Is this their way of getting people to go somewhere else??
