I have spent the past two days attempting to cancel my WHOOP free trial. The app has no "cancel" button on the membership (despite WHOOP support telling me to follow the in-app flow to cancel), so I tried the browser mode of app.whoop.com per previous redditors' suggestions. Apparently WHOOP also doesn't want that to work, because that button only showed up for me for a minute and when I tried to go through the cancellation flow, I received an error message. After reaching out to customer support and checking back, the cancel button is fully gone. The email support is clearly AI. I was a fan of the WHOOP brand and open to the device, but now I think it's a manipulative company and will be Garmin for life.
