Hi,

Next to my appartement they started ramming huge concrete pillars into the ground. During the night they deliver building materials keeping me and the neighbors awake.

As far as I know it is mandatory to inform the public through a billboard what is going to be constructed, which companies are involved, and who has the overall responsibility, architects, incl. the official building permit number etc.

Is it possible that the whole operation is illegal?
