Is this a fair quote to get house up to code
This is in metro Detroit. The houses ground is wired into the main water pipe and the garage subpanel is an old style of breaker box. I should also add the main panel is completely full and has a double lugged breaker which is why they want to expand it to 30 slots. Although there is the option of removing some no longer used breakers instead of
