My LO is 8 weeks old, I’ve been combo feeding and pumping 10 times a day since an infection completely tanked my (already precarious) supply. Have gone from ~145ml a day to ~350ml a day these past 2 weeks on my pumping journey, not quite enough to meet her needs but we’re getting there. Pumping and breastfeeding both make me incredibly nauseous so I’ve been playing a game on my phone to distract myself while pumping. I didnt realize that I only play it while pumping until just now, I opened the game while just chilling in bed with my LO and my milk let down! I’ve conditioned myself to lactate while playing. Im finding it funny because the advice is “think about your baby and you’ll increase supply” but I guess I have to think about Blaze Shooters.
