Hexbound SAMs are great for boosting early game airbase AA when the cricket and A19 hordes come in, they're also cheap and a decent source of passive income and rank.

Also with the Tula having at least double the carrying capacity of the Ibis seeing that it can take x2 munition crates or Jacknives it only seems right to let it hold x4 hexbound vehicles.
