I've been looking into lab grown engagement rings and for the most part I'm sold on the idea, same hardness, same look, fraction of tha price. But I keep seeing mixed opinions and i cant tell what actually true vs whats just people defending whatever choice they made.

The resale thing doesnt bother me much honestly. Im not buying a ring to sell it later. What I do care about whether it holds up over years of daily wear and still looks as good as it does on day one.

Is there anything about lab grown specifically hat affects long term durability or maintenance compared mined?
