Has anyone gone through IVF while doing a hospital specialty (think: very little flexibility). How is this done without telling everyone your personal health history or looking like you're taking too much leave/ being slack??

Currently pre-training in a large metro hospital in a competitive role but genuinely feeling like quitting medicine and locuming or taking a non-clinical role may be the only way to make this work (especially considering that my eyes have been opened to the inflexibility of this career, and will want to be primary caregiver in future)
